Our post-16 progression support makes sure every young person leaves with a plan. We help learners explore options, apply for college, training or apprenticeships, and manage the move to their next setting.
Who it's for
- Year 10 and 11 learners in Alternative Provision
- Young people at risk of becoming NEET after 16
- Learners who need extra support with applications and transitions
What we do
- 1:1 careers guidance and goal setting
- Help with college and apprenticeship applications
- Interview practice and employer encounters
- Transition visits and handover to the next provider
Expected outcomes
- A confirmed post-16 destination
- Confidence with applications and interviews
- A smoother move into college, training or work
Available to young people from Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Rushden and across North Northamptonshire.
