    Reintegration Support

Reintegration placements give a young person time and space to reset, then return to their home setting with a plan. We work closely with the referrer from day one so the return is gradual, supported and sustainable.

    Who it's for

    • Learners at risk of permanent exclusion
    • Young people on a managed move or returning after suspension
    • Learners with persistent absence who need a phased return

    What we do

    • Agreed targets set with the referrer at the start
    • Structured routines that mirror the home setting
    • Phased return timetables and joint review meetings
    • Weekly attendance and progress reporting

    Expected outcomes

    • A planned, supported return to the home setting
    • Better attendance and behaviour on return
    • Shared strategies staff can continue to use

Available to young people from Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Rushden and across North Northamptonshire.
